A primary driver of this work is to enable health care workers to work at top-of-license and reduce menial tasks. These strategies are designed to reduce caregiver burnout, improve retention, and enhance caregiver well-being, while also having a positive impact on the patient experience. This fellowship and the experiences gained from it will help caregivers spend more time connecting with patients and delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
