How to Prepare

To prepare for a BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment at ChristianaCare outpatient neurology, our team will answer any questions you may have during your consultation and discuss your aesthetic goals.

Your specialist may evaluate your general health and any pre-existing health conditions or risk factors with you. This may include medical conditions and treatments, medications, allergies, vitamins, herbal supplements, alcohol, tobacco and drug usage and lifestyle. Any past treatment with injectable fillers, such as BOTOX® Cosmetic therapy or other facial rejuvenation procedures, may also be discussed during your consultation.

What to Expect

Treatment is usually quick and easy to fit into a busy schedule. Some people say it feels like a pinch.
