Comprehensive Care
In 2016, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society designated the ChristianaCare Multiple Sclerosis Center as a National Multiple Sclerosis Comprehensive Care Center. This achievement recognizes the ability of the Christiana Multiple Sclerosis Center to provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art care to patients with MS, while also contributing to important research advances.
Multispecialty Program
As a multispecialty program, our team includes a fellowship-trained MS specialist, an MS-certified nurse, an MS-certified physician assistant, a full-time social worker, and a research nurse. We collaborate with experts across multiple disciplines to provide diagnosis, care, and management of MS and associated disorders. The MS Center is actively involved in multiple clinical research trials to better understand the disease as well as offer breakthrough treatments. The Christiana Comprehensive Multiple Sclerosis Center also works with the local chapters of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Multiple Sclerosis Association of America to assure the highest level of care for our patients.
